Send us an email with your logo/artwork. For best results send it in a vector format. Also can use a jpeg or bitmap.

Include the following information with your email:

Target size finished embroidery design by height and width. Please make sure it will fit your target hoop size.

How many thread colors.

Target fabric/garment.

The format you need. Available Formats are PES, DST, VP3, CSD, EMD, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PEC, SEW, VIP, XXX, ART 6

The date you need the design by.

How you would like to receive your design. By email or cd. There will be an extra charge of $5.00 for a cd/shipping.

Your contact information, Name, Address, Email, Phone Number

This is the process of creating your custom digitized design from Butterfly Embroidery

NOTE: We cannot digitize a copyright logo/artwork unless we have written permission.

After we receive your logo and/or artwork, we will give you a price estimate. We charge by how much detail is in your logo/artwork and how long it takes to digitize it. We do not charge by stitch count. Our charging system makes good sense for our customers and for us.

After you have approved the price quote, please let us know the payment type you will be making. We accept Credit Card payments through Pay Pal or checks. If paying with your credit card, you will receive an email from us on the amount owed. You can log in and pay with your credit card. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to pay us with a credit card. If paying by check, please make payable to: Butterfly Embroidery LLC, P.O. Box 28198, Green Bay, WI 54324-0198. If paying by check, we will send your design after your check has cleared.

Turn around time is 3-7 business days after payment has been received and depending on how much detail is in your logo/artwork. We will send you an email with a picture of your design digitized.

After we receive your payment, we will email the design to you. When you receive your embroidery design, please run a test sew on a scratch piece of material/fabric similar to your target material/fabric garment. You will have 2 weeks to have us edit/tweak your design to your desire.
